My final major project explores Greece's relationship and influence on fashion, from Ancient Greece, throughout history and to today's emerging designers. Ancient Greece is know for its classical design, particularly in art and architecture, becoming a regular reference for designers.

In this editorial, I have looked at how classical Greek architecture, such as marble sculptures, busts and temple columns, alongside traditional black and terracotta Greek vases have informed jewellery design. I have used my own Greek jewellery bought from local Greek makers in the Mani and Peloponnese, the location of sites including Ancient Sparta, Nestor's Palace and Ancient Messene. I have aimed to explore links between modern Greek jewellery designs and the typical repeating patterns often found on Hellenic ceramics or architecture, the Gods and mythology through a black and white gradient.
